Sanibel Island ~ Ybel Point

This afternoon Clyde wanted to check out the beach near the lighthouse, so off we went. It was a beautiful day, and the beach was busy, but nevertheless, it was an enjoyable time watching the gentle water lapping the shore.

I could have spent the whole day photographing the clouds as they form and change over the Gulf of Mexico. There is something magical about watching clouds.

On our last night at Sanibel we were blessed with another beautiful sunset. Good-bye Sanibel and thanks goes to all the folks on Sanibel for keeping their island beautiful so our memories of the island are filled with the peace of nature.
